Not sure about my ratios of the relevant men, (or Seahorse for that matter). Quick Charger over Recycling because Recycling really has no advantage over quick in this deck, since they have the same targets and Quick is...well, quick (and therefore great for baiting out MST). Also Fuel Cell is pretty godlike. Right now no side because I feel like the deck is missing something that I still need to discover, but I do need to figure out a good side for the deck.
