Rarity: Super Rare (Added the rainbow effects to make it looks like the Japanese proxies, BTW the card maker should add this feature too.)

Effect:

Target any number of monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon them, and if you do, you lose 800 life points for each. Those monsters effects are negated and they cannot attack ,also banish them during the End Phase. You cannot Special Summon other monsters the turn you activated this card, except by Synchro Summon. You can only activate 1 "Synchro Charge" per turn.

Rarity: Secret Rare (in addition to the rainbow effect the parallel line is added.)

Synchro Summon, 1 Synchro monster using non-tuner monsters you control and 1 tuner monster in your hand as Synchro Materials. If a monster is added from your Graveyard to your hand, while this card is in your Graveyard: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand. You can only use this effect of "White Explosion" once per turn.

So it's another Soul Charge, but with quite a big restriction. This is Quasar 101

And so this uses a Tuner in your hand.

You should make a card that is the negation of this; using tuner on the field and material in your hand
