With Xyzs existing, this card's only use is to force your opponent to actually go into them in order to take this card out by battle. They could just use effect removal or BTS (like with Marshmallon) if they really cannot just get around its effect. It's inferior to cards like Marshy because of this, though this card does try to offer something to compensate. However, the effect that Summons Tokens suffers from Decoy Dragon Syndrome. In other words, why would your opponent even waste their time trying to attack this if it won't work? There's also the bit where this would have to be Summoned in Attack Position, which makes BTS'ing this or using effect removal that only works on face-up monsters much more easier. If you want to make this a variant of a Marshmallon-like monster, then you would have to alter the Token Summoning effect somehow so that it stops being reliant on your opponent not reading the card in order to work. You may want to also do something about its attack-negation effect being completely nullified by Xyz monsters.

 

Of course, this is only done with the effect in mind, I'm not all that sure if being the only Level 1 Beast-Warrior-Type Tuner in the game would offer anything, but the chance of you specifically needing a Level 1 Beast-Warrior-Type Tuner seems incredibly slim.
