Must first be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Material Monsters. When Fusion Summoned, the "Shadoll" Fusion Materials used to Fusion Summon this card are "Shadoll" monsters in your hand. Neither player can Special Summon monsters, except Fusion Monsters. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" monster in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.

I really feel that "neither player can ss non fusion" basically says Only shaddolls work....maybe heros..I personally feel that's a bit too strong

One card: "Instant Fusion". That card combo(?) can Fusion Summon this card for a measily 1000 LP. Then, since it has been Fusion Summoned, you can easily revive it ("Shaddoll Falco" and "Call of the Haunted" for example). Due to the fact that very few decks nowadays run Fusion Monsters, it essentially disables Special Summoning altogether as Darkness has already pointed out. It fortunatly does not have any protection, so your opponent can still run over it (although a lot of decks need their Special Summoned monsters to do that); or use effects.

 

Futhermore, other "El Shaddoll" monsters only retrieve "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap cards; whereas this card retrieves monsters as well. You might have missed this.

 

The things that worries me most about this card, is the ease at which you can summon this rather strong (semi-high ATK) Special Summon lock. So I would make it a tad harder to Summon it. You can either accomplish this by increasing its Level by 1, or changing its summoning clause a teeny tiny bit: "Must first be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Material Monsters.". That way "Instant Fusion" cannot bring it to the field.

\Next is the effect which lets you return any "Shaddoll" card from your Graveyard to your hand; this does not match with the others. I would say either make it match, or the complete opposite (only monsters). With both these changes in place, I believe you are good to go. Although it is up to you what you do with its effect.

thanks! I'll admit, I'm not too familiar w/ shadolls effects. I will definitely change the summoning clause as advised. The return any shadoll card will also become an effect for just monsters
