Trebuchet MS
You run the risk of 5000 LP for the chance at drawing 2 cards? Not worth the risk. It effectively becomes unplayable mid-game should you fail the flip. Heck, even failing the flip early game can more or less hand the game over to your opponent - you've lost over half your starting life and gained nothing out of it. The trouble with risk-dependent cards is that sometimes the drawback effect combined with failing to get the good stuff can severely outweigh the potential rewards. Depending on the potential reward, having the card do nothing on failure can sometimes be enough of a drawback. I would recommend sharply reducing the drawback - around 2000 LP loss would be more acceptable, letting this card be playable in more stages of the game. goddamnit names are a pain
I want to point out that Hope For Escape IS a card. Losing 5000 LP has its benefits. But still, all or nothing feels bad in general for the game. And I mean we already have Cup of Ace, but that lets the opponent Draw instead…that's about as balanced as I think this could be (Cup of Ace itself). I would consider limiting it to one use per turn, so that it may not be spammed, and dropping the LP down a bit. Not to where it hardly penalizes you, but no extremes.
