I remember when this was a viable sideboard card against Plant Synchro. Now it pretty much serves the same purpose.

TGU to Cir to a rank 3? The card didn't say anything about normal summoning.

 

Though, nothing to actually handle the card itself in the R3 slot, and you'll need to use Birdman bounce cir and make virgil or Astral force to actually handle the card without MST.

 

I guess it's neat enough.

You could do that, but the important part is that that Rank 3 cannot be Dante. So it kinda just hurts the deck loads unless you get a lucky Zenmaines trigger

Yeah. Rank 3 lacks actual backrow removal aside from Alucard which only hits face-downs. Would slow down the deck, or force it to make suboptimal plays or maybe use suboptimal techs.

To be fair Raigeki Break isn't a completely awful answer to something like this, I would say.

This is exactly why the deck is playing Raigeki Break more often now. Unfortunately nearly everything you would side against BA gets spun or nuked, which is why I like Chain Disappearance more, but this is definitely going to spike. I posted this more as an investment PSA than anything.
