My photoshop won't work

Recommended Posts

Right, here is my problem: I recently downloaded Adobe PhotoshopCS3, but after downloading it, during the installation section, at the System check part, an error pops up stating " *red cross* Installation cannot continue until the following applications are closed:

*Internet Explorer

The problem with that is: I'm almost positive I have closed every window the uses Internet Explorer, I even deleted Internet Explorer from my desktop, can anybody solve my problem?

1 rep to the first person to solve my problem.

Thanks to everybody who posts in advanced.

If you need a secondary browser, I would recommend Opera.

So, it says explorer.exe is running, despite the fact that it's not on your computer?
