Spiritrah Possession Jutsu...

Like earthbound immortals and guardians combined but in a new sort of way, easier to get on the field.

Shadows, the Invisible Cloak: Equip Spell Card
When the equipped monster would be targeted for an attack, you can Special Summon 1 "Spiritrah Hollow Specter" from your hand or Deck and if you do; Negate that attack. You can only use this effect of "Shadows, the Invisible Cloak" once per turn. When the equipped monster would be targeted by effect of a Spell or Trap card you can banish 1 level 8 or higher monster from your hand until the your next End Phase; until the end of this turn, that target loses 1000 ATK, but is unaffected by the effects of other Spell/Trap Cards. You can only use this effect of "Shadows, the Invisible Cloak" once per turn. You can activate "Shadows, the Invisible Cloak" once per turn.

Spiritrah Hollow Specter: Level 8 DARK Fiend-Type
Non-Tuner Effect monster 2500 Attack and 2100 Defense
There can only be 1 face-up "Spiritrah" monster on the field. If there is no face-up Equip Spell Card on your side the field, destroy this card. While you control other monsters, your opponent cannot select this card for card effects. This card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn during either player's turn until the End Phase, you can double the original ATK of 1 other face-up monster you control, your opponent takes no Battle Damage involving that card also, this card cannot attack that turn. When this card leaves the field; add 1 equip Spell card except "Shadows, the Invisible Cloak" from your Deck to your hand.

I really like the monster, it is very balanced and would be a splash card in my old gemini deck if it was real, but the equip card needs a nerf.  Maybe sending itself as a cost could help, that way you would have to play smarter and make sure you have another equip before going all in. Again I really like the monster. Also side note, you don't have to say that it is a non tuner monster.
