Incarnation Of The Gambler

When a coin is tossed: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. When this card is summoned, Toss a coin and gain the appropriate effect: -Heads: Your Opponent draws 4 cards, and skips their next Main Phase 1. -Tails: Draw 4 cards, then skip your next Main Phase 1. Monsters that flip a coin in their effect gain 400 ATK and DEF.

Its a gamble when he's Summoned. -_-

He is basically for Decks based around Coin Flipping, like Gamble or Barrel Dragon. Even Xyz Decks could use this card.

(Suggestions are appreciated, but don't change the entire effect.)

I changed it from an Arcana Force monster to a regular monster, and made it be less terrible.

I know you mentioned that this isn't related to the Tarot cards or the Arcana Force, but to me that begs the question of why you made it an Arcana Force if you're not going to adhere to the flavor or pattern associated with them.

The roman numeral XVX is...nonsensical. X being 10, and V is 5. Having another X after 5 means "5 less than 10". So the Arcana number is 15. (Normally written simply as XV)

The Arcana Force (yes, I know it's not supposed to tie in with them) have ATK and DEF that is 1000 + their numeral, with the exception of Arcana Force 0. Having an ATK and DEF of 1750 is...beyond random. Also, its Level is 9. It's REALLY high for no reason.

As far as the actual effect, and not just me commenting on you making this an Arcana Force for no reason, being able to be SSed from hand or Graveyard when a coinflip happens is...interesting. The stats aren't so big that it's impossible to overcome.

When it's Summoned, it does Arcana Force stuff. Heads gives the opponent 2500 LP...for some reason. Tails gives you either Pot of Greed or...you double its ATK and you gain 1750 LP. I don't see the second part happening much. Except for OTK stuff.

I'm not sure if I should be concerned by the potential of multiple copies of this card triggering at once.
