Generic Rank 4 Out/Punisher to High Level/Rank Monsters

Wanted to make a card that is a generic Rank 4 and an easy out to many problem cards like Apoqliphort Killer or Leo, the Keeper of the Sacred Tree.

Rank 4 FIRE Warrior

 

2 Level 4 monsters

You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then make this card's original Rank equal to the 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that has the highest Level/Rank (your choice, if tied). If this card's current Rank is higher than 4: You can send 1 face-up card your opponent controls to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Hayabusa Dragon" once per turn. Negate the effects of monsters sent to the Graveyard by this card.

The name and art are from an old card I made in 2009 and are the only reasons why this card is a Dragon-Type. Will probably be changed. I'm unsure of where the art is from, but I think other people have used it on here before, maybe one of them would know.

The role of "out to Leo," IMO, shouldn't belong to a 2mat Rank 4 monster. It takes more effort in order to make Killer than it does to make this (and Leo takes the same amount of effort as this if made right, but can't just be plopped willy-nilly onto the field like a Rank 4), and this card is designed for the sake of spending less to take out something that had more spent on it. Outside of being an out to those two, it's a general pain for Shaddolls as you can make it when they have any of their Fusions out (in some Decks Winda makes this difficult) and it literally becomes an OPT free banish anything without even targeting until your opponent kills it. Yeah, they can just make Construct/Shrek and attack this, but it hardly justifies the potential that this card has at being a multi-banish while it's around, ESPECIALLY since it also can't be negated, so your opponent can't stop this with BTS. They can't even toss it at this during their own turn to drop the Rank back down to 4. It also conveniently dodges Shrek's anti-SSed-monster effect, and as such this card loses pretty much only to BTH, Warning, and PWWB before it goes off.

 

The fact that it can possibly banish multiple cards by itself is, as I said, wrong, mainly because of the comparison it has with the other nondestruction-removal Rank 4s: Shark Knight and Castel. Both of these can only get rid of one card without outside help replenishing their Xyz Materials. Furthermore, both of these have restrictions on what they can remove. Shark Knight only absorbs face-up Attack-Position monsters that have been Special Summoned, therefore it can't absorb just anything, and your opponent can just play a monster in Defense in order to prevent this from doing so. Castel is much less restrictive on what it spins, but it still can't spin just anything. It can only spin face-up cards. This, on the other hand, can banish anything, and the banish makes sure it is gone where Shark Knight still triggers floating effects like Winda/Construct and Castel gives your opponent the chance to possibly play the same card again later on in the duel. Plus, they both have less ATK than this card, though it's a very slight amount and all it really means is that this can beat over Shark Knight and ram into Winda.

 

So, make it where it can't wipe out cards that took more effort to make like it currently does, and nerf the banishing effect.

Leo is incredibly easy to get out. Shaddolls can have him out turn 1 with Roots + GUB/Veiler, and that's only one possibility. 

 

To say Killer is hard to get out is ridiculous. Qliphorts are made to get him out. Pendulum Summoning will just bring back the tributes with 500 less ATK.

 

The only part I agree with is the banishing being too strong. I made it send face-up cards to the Graveyard instead, and negates anything it sends.
