I always liked the theme of summoning stuff to the opponent's side of the field, so here goes nothing. LIGHT/Thunder/Level 8/ATK 3000 DEF 3000 Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon this card to the opponent's side of the field by sending 1 Spell/Trap card they control to the Graveyard.
