Spinny
Hi guys ^^ When this card is Summoned: Target 1 monster on the field, except a "Formless" monsters; while face-up on the field, this cards ATK and DEF becomes equal to that target's ATK and DEF, also it's name, Type, and Attribute becomes that target's and it gains that target's effects. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 monster your opponent controls and reveal 1 monster in your hand; that target's name, Type, Attribute become the same as the revealed monsters, and it's ATK and DEF become equal to the revealed monster's also it gains the revealed monster's effects. The main point of the card was for it to involve making exact copies of cards. Thoughts? OP or UP?
thegreatmightypoo
Really cool effect, grammer could definitely be better though. I don't think you need the word "exact" in there. Also there should be spaces inbetween the sentence periods and the first word ^^ Not really OP, just neat. Gud card.
Spinny
Ill get to the grammar later, its the 3rd effect that i was worried about since it could easily just turn an opponents monster into something thats really easy to kill and would also negate that monsters current effects. razzy
The term "exact copy" doesn't really mean anything and can also become very confusing. You need to write out what all it copies. Also you can run into some problems by changing the cards name but not allowing it to copy other "Formless" monsters. Assuming you are making more and giving them all a similar effect. Since the first one will copy the name of something else, this one can still copy the first one since it would no longer be a "Formless" monster. To fix this I'd suggest making it target one monster your opponent controls instead. With all of that out of the way. It seems way overpowered. Just being able to summon it normally and copy anything means it can not only get rid of a problem monster by suicide but also clear your opponent of anything else they may have if the copied monster has an effect to do so. Anyway I'll try to help with the OCG. Try changing it to something more like this - When this card is Summoned: Target 1 monster on the field, except a "Formless" monsters; while face-up on the field, this cards ATK and DEF becomes equal to that target's ATK and DEF, also it's name, Type, and Attribute becomes that target's and it gains that target's effects. Tethius
Cool concept, but I think the grammar is a little confusing. Also, its a little op considering that it's a level 1 Beast-Type monster and can be searched by One for One and even Fire Formation Spell cards given the fact that it can negate face-up monster's effects, and it doesn't start a chain. Thanks ^^ I'm just gonna flat-out change the float effect, forgot that suiciding is a pretty huge thing this can do. Im gonna make it target on this, its meant to be able to bulldoze stuff at the cost of your normal summon, similar to grand-mole in way, but if it doesnt target then its just too powerful. I'll probably make more cards that copy things with the name "Formless" in them and continue this, its attracted alot of attention so i might-aswell. Ty for the OCG fix aswell ^^ Cool concept, but I think the grammar is a little confusing. Fire formations search beast-warriors not beasts. Ty for the comment tho ^^ Updated OP ^^
newhat
The last effect begs for abuse. Turn your opponent's Xyz into The Bistro Butcher, then ram Nova Summoners, Shining Angels, etc. into it until you draw Exodia. Or nuke enemy monsters for 2500 damage with Giant Kozaky. Not sure there's anything gamebreaking since Creature Swap exists, but this is dumpable and recyclable. The possibility is there.
