Here's the card:

 

 

When this card is summoned it is changed to defense position, and if you do you can target 1 monster your opponent controls, this card gains DEF equal to the targets combined ATK and DEF , also this cards name and effects become that of the target's.You can banish this and 1 spell card from your graveyard to target 1 spell card in your opponents graveyard and activate it.

 

 

Thoughts?

This card's ATK should be 0 rather than ? because its effect doesn't give it any.

 

Face-up effect stealing is not great nowadays because of Xyz Monsters. The lack of ATK reduces its utility.

 

The last effect is extremely powerful since you don't need to put this on the field or even draw it, and it doesn't cost any cards from your hand or field to use.
