Necloth - my first written cards

Lore:

Necltoh are a relative new type (so far Japanese exclusive). In short they are what is left of the the Gishki who over the years, started a new life, and have found ways to use their mirror/ritual methods to take control of more powerful monsters such as Ally of Justice Catastor, The Fabled Unicore, and even Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier, along with the other Ice Berrier Dragons.

Monsters:

All the monster released so far are WATER Dragon, Spellcaster, and Warrior. Since given the situation there's only 3 non-Rital monsters. (Although it'd be nice if it were still WATER). Also All of the Ritual monsters (so far) are some-what counter parts to existing synchros (from the Duel Terminal era).

Spells:

So far there has been only 2 Spells, which are Ritual Spells used to summon "the big gun". As far as this goes almost anything goes. I plan on making new Spells and Traps to help the Archetype.

Sorry for the long intro I just wanted to try to get even thing across. Especially since this Archetype is so new to all of us.

Without further ado

Necltoh Abeyant

Water / Beast / Effect / LV 2

700 / 500

If this card is Tributed by card effect: You can add 1 Beast-Type "Necltoh" Ritual monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is banish: You can target 1 of your banish "Necltoh" cards, except "Necloth Marvel"; shuffle that target into your Deck.

● Stat wise it has Vison's ATK, DEF, Level, but that's about it. Abeyant something/one temporally inactive. So who know what it may become :)

Necltoh of the Beast

Water / Beast / Effect / Ritual / LV 2

1700/2200

You can Ritual Summon this card with any “Necltoh” Ritual Spell Card. During either player's turn when your opponent activates a Normal Spell card (except during the Damage Step), and you control an “Necltoh: monster(s): You can discard this card; negate the activation, negate the activation and if you do, destroy it. Any Spell Card send to your opponent's Graveyard is banished instead.

● Gave it the ability to stop Spells like the original but tuned down a bit since it's easy to get. Not really happy with the 2nd effect though. Decided to swap the ATK/DEF around as I figured a 2200 LV 2 would be too much.

Necltoh of the Barkion

1800/2500

Water / Beast / Effect / Ritual / LV 4

You can Ritual Summon this card with any “Necltoh” Ritual Spell Card. During either player's turn when your opponent activates a Normal Trap card (except during the Damage Step), and you control an “Necltoh: monster(s): You can discard this card; negate the activation, negate the activation and if you do, destroy it. During either player's turn you can banish 2 “Necltoh” cards from your Graveyard; your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards during the Battle Phase of this turn. You can only use each effect of “Necltoh of the Barkion” once per turn.

● Same discard effect as Beast but with Traps of course. Again not totally satisfied with the 2nd effect. As with Beast I Switch the ATK/DEF.

Naturia of the Landoise

2300/1600

Water / Beast / Effect / Ritual / LV 6

You can Ritual Summon this card with any “Necltoh” Ritual Spell Card. During either player's turn when your opponent activates a monster effect (except during the Damage Step), and you control an “Necltoh: monster(s): You can discard this card; negate the activation, negate the activation and if you do, destroy it. When a monster(s) is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 card from either player's Graveyard and/or shuffle 1 bashed card back into the Deck (for each).

● Monster stopping effect as well as punishes when you opponent Special Summons

Will post more (mostly Spells/Traps) later but for now I have go to go to work!

No.

You have completely ruined the flavor. As-is, these cards aren't even worth discussing because of how badly you ignored the flavor.

Necloths are equal to the level of the Synchro they are based upon.

This would make beast a 5 (no), Barkion a 6 (no), and Landoise a 7 (... no).

Furthermore, the base material's level always lines up with what it becomes.

Shrit [3] becomes Clausolas [3], Brionac [6], and Trishula [9]
Archmage/Avance [4] becomes Unicore [4] and Valkyrus [8]
Exa [5] becomes Catastor [5] and Decisive Armor [10]

Only Gungnir breaks this, and we've yet to see its base form- if any.

Currently, there are no level 2, 11, or 12 Synchros in the Duel Terminal universe. As such, designing monsters of those levels is unrealistic.

You could design a theoretical final boss at 12, but that's about it.
