If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Until the end of your opponent's next turn, Spell/Trap Cards, and their effects, cannot be activated.[/spoiler] Just kind of wondered what Black Rose Dragon would be like if it had an advanced form like Power Tool, Stardust, and Red Dragon did. Also this thing is Lv 11. Black Rose is 7, which means you would need 2 Lv 2 tuners or some form of. Just doesn't seem worth it to me. Sorry. Think it would be better if instead of two tuners, I make it one? And the negation thing relates to the "Winter" flavor of freezing everything. The Level 11 was just me being derpy. I mean, I didn't want to make it an even bigger nuke, because Black Rose Dragon is already bad enough as it is. Even I think a "Once per turn: Destroy all other cards on the field" would be much. newhat Posted October 26, 2014 Report Share Posted October 26, 2014 Level 11. So 4 Levels worth of Tuners. This is extremely strong, on par with Shooting Star and much stronger than Red Nova. It retains the same vulnerability to Castel, Compulsory and Dimensional Prison but is harder to take down once it gets rolling because it stuns Spells and Traps. Would take some work, but in combination with Vanity's Emptiness or Kaiser Colosseum you could lock your opponent down to 1v1. With Bulb back this shouldn't be too hard to set up either. The problem with this is it only negates things already face-up AND has to inflict damage. So they will still be able to D-prison, Fiendish, etc.. I'm not saying the design as a card is bad (giving black rose a "super" form). Actually I think it was a brilliant idea. And if I was going to synch for 11 to negate things I'd go with Star Eater. I think 1 tuner would make it a lot better. And destroying everything whenever is a little much. (It couldn't really be once per turn because itself would be destroyed). Unfortunately my mind is kinda blank right now so I can't really think of any kind of differentish effect to give it. 1 think I can think of is it's Atk/Def halving effect At the start of Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monsters: Halve that monster's ATK and DEF.
