This card's ATK and DEF are equal to its Level x 300. During each of your Standby Phases you can banish 1 "Fortune Lady" except "Fortune Lady - Divine" to gain its effect(s).

This card's ATK and DEF are equal to its Level x 300. During each of your Standby Phases: You can banish 1 "Fortune Lady" (from where) except "Fortune Lady - Divine"; this card gains that monster's effects.

 

If this were in RC, you probably would've gotten called out for Fake Types; though just make it a Spellcaster-Type (as for Attribute, not really sure).

It's essentially a 3600 ATK/DEF boss for Fortune Ladies; although you can hypothetically tribute them 3 of the smaller FLs (especially in conjunction with Light's SS effect]. I would have this card require Level 5 or higher FLs to be SSed.

 

Also you need to mentioned WHERE are you banishing the Fortune Lady from. Effect-wise, you do realize the ATK/DEF gaining effects from each of them will conflict.
