Meklord Emperror Exez

Well he returns it, but it can't attack, or be used as material for Xyz or synchros. He just makes a blockade and fills up your opponents monster spaces

But again, if your just going to run it over again, why bother?
Also you can't use Xyzs for Synchro Material anyway, so listing that is pointless.

Giving them anti-xyz support also fully kills their flavor, so it isn't really something you should be delving into.

As for the effect, its massively confusing. Why would you want to return it to the opponents field...? Am I missing something or... did you just have a massive brain fart while designing the card?

Indeed, this completely shits on the Meklord's flavor because they were spawned by the Gods themselves as a stop to the destruction of the planet Synchro Monsters were unwittingly setting into motion. Xyz Monsters have nothing to do with that.

However, I'll ignore that and try to fix this cards PSCT and effect for you to make it work. In the future, please post a copy of your card's text so that assistance is easier to render, as well as making it easier to read than this tinytext. (Copy/paste -> Edit vs retyping the whole thing by eye.)

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect and, cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When a face-up monster you control is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: you can target one Xyz Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the combined ATK of the monsters equipped to it by this effect. Once per turn: you can Special Summon 1 monster equipped to this card to your opponent's field. It cannot attack or be Tributed, or be used as Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon. Destroy it during your opponent's next End Phase and inflict damage to your opponent's LP equal to half its ATK.

And now a color-coded explanation of this fix/change:

Standard Meklord Summon condition and anti-Synchro effect, ripped straight off of Wisel from LC5.and adapted to your anti-Xyz angle.

I completely replaced the second effect, while retaining some elements. Now, your opponent cannot do anything at all with the Xyz Monster you gave back, and it's just a ticking time bomb if they don't find a way to destroy it during their next turn. This keeps with the flavor of Xyz being made of antimatter, which explodes violently when in contact with matter.

K I'll give you an ocg incorporating my ideas for this.

The current process is slightly outdated and not very useful.

I like Chaos' errata, but here's mine.

My logic is that you don't wanna be changing control of things like crazy but you do wanna kill your opponent. So here's my elaboration on that. Very powerful, and quite funny too :)

Ciao, Ophion.

When a face-up monster you control is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can detach all Xyz Materials from a monster your opponent controls: Halve its ATK and DEF, then this card gains 300 ATK for each material detached by this effect, also that monster's effects are negated and while it cannot be Tributed or used as a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material for a Summon.
