Only when you have more than 1000 life points: Reduce your life points to 1000; or You can halve your life points if you have 1000 or less life points then add to your hand 1 Lv 1 to 10 monster in your deck. If that monster can be normal summoned, you can normal summon in addition to that normal summon this turn.

-If you have more than 1000 life points: Set your life points to Pay LP until you have 1000 left, or pay half your LP if you have 1000 or less LP; life points: Pay half your life points. -Search your deck for add the monster with the highest Level in your possession from your Deck to your hand (if it's a tie, you get to choose.) If that monster can be normal or tribute summoned, You can Normal or tribute Summon a monster of the same name as that card this turn, it in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. (you can only gain this effect once per this turn.)

 

A pity that it doesn't quite get that many trump cards - nowadays ace monsters tend to be Extra Deck monsters. And if they're Main Deck monsters, there's also the problem of them being any variant of Special Summon only monsters, making this card a fair bit worse than other similar tutors in most circumstances.

Yeah, I realized the problems with it but still wanted to make the card. I tried to word it in a way that does not "target" or "add" a card from your deck, since there are a few (very few) cards that prevent players from adding cards to their hand. Looking back over this card, it's only real purpose was for lvl 9/10 xyz decks. Possibly a card for Yubel or Exodia TUFL but it's still a little specific. Presuming for instance that you have the field and/or your hand set up for an earthbound but need the monster, or just want a little more specific card draw. A few flaws, I was thinking about Yubel and Gandora when designing this card so... Yeah.

I also notice it is like a different version of card advance with the whole tribute thing. Even Yubel wouldn't benefit much from this due to the forms having different levels... Oh well. I'm sure Seto would use it XD.

Not every Boss Monster/Trump card is the highest level. Not entirely sure how to word it though because it also isn't necessarily the card with the highest attack either........ I  don't even know how to trump card anymore, I just broke my own mind....

No, it doesn't fish out any card in the game. It isn't supposed to. The idea of the card + pic was for a powerful + high level monster (aka God card, Exodia TUFL, BLS EotB, Earthbound, etc)
