BPHSCHIP
Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 FIRE monster you control (excluding this card): During this turn, this card can declare a second attack during the Battle Phase. If this effect is used, this card cannot declare an attack during your next Battle Phase.
Trebuchet MS
Double attacks? Fun. When they come with a particularly restrictive cost? Not as fun. There's very little reason to have the "this card can't attack during your next Battle Phase" restriction, as the effect's cost is already a big enough limiting factor. Due to this cost, the times where the player would go for the two attacks would usually be when they're pushing to immediately end the game. If it's not aiming to end the game, then you're essentially Tributing a monster to borrow an attack from the turn ahead.

So, would this still be balanced to lessen or completely eliminate the cost of the Tribute?
Trebuchet MS
If you widen the range of monsters that can be Tributed to enable the double attack, then the no-attack drawback afterwards can be justified.
