Chiz Fri
Activate only when an opponent's Monster declares an attack that targets a Level 4 or lower Monster you control. Negate the attack, and change the battle position of the attacking monster. That monster's effects are negated and it cannot change battle position until your opponents next End Phase. Progenitor
This thing is strong, but why is it a counter trap? Counter traps are only meant to directly repsond to effects that have a lower spell speed than them, as they have the highest spells speed. As you have the card set up it should be a normal trap. Other than that this seems pretty straightforward. Basic attack negation that also locks your opponent momentarily. Boom. Done. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Actually, it's pretty much completely inferior to D-Pris, barring the whole being Counter Trap thing. And that's not enough to justify running this instead of Sakuretsu Armor, which is completely inferior to Prison/Mirror Force. That's not even considering the fact that you can't use this on an attack against an Xyz monster... or most Synchro monsters... or pretty much any other boss monster... or a direct attack... If you're going to make anti-attack cards like D-Prison that don't get rid of the monster, then this card needs to have something to compensate. The attack negation, battle position switching, and effect negation all amount to messing with the attacking monster, but you still need to kill it with something else as opposed to Prison just up and tossing it out of the field. Maybe it can affect more than one of your opponent's monsters. Maybe it gives you a draw to make up for losing this card. Maybe your opponent can't respond to this (this isn't really enough though). Depending on how much you buff the card, you could afford to remove the restriction that the attack target has to be a Level 4 or lower monster (most Decks don't even want to have random Level 4 monsters out on the field anyways, though there's exceptions like Necloth Unicore, Yamato, and Fire/Ice Hand but you want the Hand to die).
