ems97
Not sure if I need to add "You do not use Polymerization". Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) when you control "Cyber Dragon" on the field. You can Fusion Summon 1 "Cyber" or "Chimeratech" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck using monsters you control and this card as Fusion Materials. You can only use the effect of "Cyber Dragon Supra" per turn and only once that turn. This card's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. Progenitor
As worded now you can use this effect any number of times, since this card is technically "Cyber Dragon" while on the field instead of "Cyber Dragon Supra". I'm not sure how you would fix this. It's either something as simple as: You can only use the this effect of "Cyber Dragon Supra" once per turn and only once that turn. Or something as complex as: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) when you control "Cyber Dragon" on the field. You can Fusion Summon 1 "Cyber" or "Chimeratech" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck using monsters you control and this card as Fusion Materials, and if you do, this card's name is treated as "Cyber Dragon" for that Fusion Summon. You can only use the this effect of "Cyber Dragon Supra" once per turn. and only once that turn. This card's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. I guess it just depends on what you are going for.
Maeriberii Haan
It's pretty much a Kizan that can act as an inferior Poly which also have the "Cyber Dragon" clause. The 2200 doesn't really click well because idk, it's higher than Cydra's ATK or something, but I think it's fine. Aside from some PSCT changes, it's fine enough as it is, i think. PSCT's not my forte so I'll have someone else fix that for you.
