Qlistem Down
Spell Card
Type: Normal
Pay 800 Life Points. Banish all Machine-Type Pendulum Monsters on the field and in both players' Extra Decks.

Not gonna lie, I got the idea from this joke card, except that I went for a more realistic approach. Basically, it is "System Down" that hurts Pendulum machines instead of the grave. It is still yet-another hate card (and against machines, as if they didn't have enough hate already) that are annoying and arguably unhealthy for the game, but at least it can effectively hurt Qliphorts unlike System Down. Also, being searchable by the same archetype it counters makes it both ironic and amusing.

The name is a bit lame but I couldn't think in any cool "Qli" pun.

Thoughts?

Well firstly it should probably be "face up in both player's Extra Deck" so we're not banishing everyone's Gear Gigants or whatever, as I'm not sure if that first face-up currently is also referring to the ED. In fact, you could even make it say "Pendulum cards in Monster Zones and face-up in both players' Extra Decks" potentially.

800 seems a little too, well, little. 1500 sounds a little more appropriate I think. I get that it was sorta meant to be in the spirit of Scout, but I feel like it's just a bit too small a cost for essentially blowing up Qliphorts' entire game. As much as they deserve hate, they don't need automatic-lose cards.

Yes, they do.

EDIT: Apparantly this isn't the joke section as I thought it was.

It would probably be more aesthetic to conform it to all pendulums (because Zefras are probably going to be super terrifying based on the leaks).

Pay blah blah life points; Banish all face-up Pendulum monsters on the field and in both players Extra Decks.

blah blah, you get the picture.

Well, the "face-up" condition is meant to also apply to the cards in the Extra Deck, but I get how it can be misleading. Banishing only Machine-Type Pendulum monsters is a good idea, though.

Yes, 800 LP is a reference to Scout, but considering System Down can be far more devastating against other Machine decks and it costs only 200 more LP, I think it is just fine.

EDIT:

@Dutch: Not sure if it would be healthy to make a generic Pendulum-hate card yet. I mean, hard-countering a single archetype is unhealthy enough, but countering all Pendulum Decks?
