JackThompson400 Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 It's a card that FIXES broken scales!Banish 1 face-up monster in your Extra-Deck and destroy 1 card in your Pendulum Zone to activate directly from your Deck, 1 pendulum monster in your Pendulum Zone and if you do; until the End Phase, the scales of all face-up pendulum monsters you currently control in your Pendulum Zone is increased by 1 or all the levels of all face-up monsters in your Extra Deck is increased by 1. During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.
