CLG Klavier
Better than expected. It constributes to lots of OTKs along with Merlin, and the first effect is actually pretty nice.

CLG Klavier
2nd effect can move Gallatin around, for extra 1000 damage during the battle phase. His 1st effects also sets up further damage with either Artorigus. There's also the utility of moving Destiny around, or Gwen, to discourage attack attempts. evilfusion
Although the "Tailor of the Fickle" effect is only once while on the Field, I can definitely see its applicability. Noble Knights is one of those Decks that always seemed really complicated or spammy. Not sure which one is more accurate, but from what I know of them, this card is very solid. The only Noble Arms that I can think of that wants to be in the Grave is Excaliburn, but I'm sure there's Noble Knights that grab equips from the Grave, so it's definitely good. Slinky
Did the nerds ever agree as to where this thing targets from for its second effect?

Armoire
I only ever send Excaliburn with this in case I want to change Artorigus into his other form. But I really like his give/take ability with the Noble Arms, especially when he is out with Drystan for that surprise pop if your opponent does not read. Or with a DARK Noble Knight, switching Gwenhwyfar to that knight is really neat during an attack declaration. His best use, in my opinion, is what Klavier mentioned earlier, with Gallatin and Merlin's OTK.
