Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field, also if the detached card was originally a Level 5 monster, you can target an additional card on the field; destroy those target(s).

 

 

Just a random thought. Its really good with Cyber Dragons, or Constellars.

•If the detached card was not a Level 5 monster: Destroy 1 card on the field.
•If the detached card was a Level 5 monster: Destroy 2 cards on the field.

Tweaked the effect such that it targets, unless you don't want it to. Non-targeting destruction is particularly nasty to be subject to.

 

I hope you've actually intended this to Xyz Change only off Machine-Type R4s. But this still has some ways to become exploitable, say, using Gear Gigant X even in Machina Gadget decks. Xyz Gear Gigant, detach to search, Xyz Change, detach to destroy a card, and have a good-value 2800 beater. And that's without even milking this for its maximum advantage.

 

I would make this card's effect unusable for the turn you Summon it via its alt-method, akin to Ptolemy M7.
