So we have a "Harpie's Featherduster" and "Raigeki" in one that also deals damage to your opponent... does a little bit too much in my opinion. By equipping it to the opponent's monster, you don't lose any cards other than this. Though I am not quite sure about the timing: "Yang Zing" maybe? They tend to replace themselves when they are destroyed.

this can pretty much be played anytime an equippable monster is on the field, doesn't cost anything, and does waaay too many things at once.

 

Not to mention it's searchable.

 

pretty much BA, Zings, and Dolls can use it if it's restricted to equipping to your monsters.

Destroying the opponent's entire field is worth more than one monster.
