Accel Brand is pretty silly with Force Strix, since it would enable quite a few combos to get them going, in a weird Gadget/Kage-esque manner, so that's always a thing.

Boost Gainer is just weird. I mean, Raptors don't really come off as being something that would want to Tribute monsters, let alone, Tribute Summon, since they basically are just ghetto Blackwings. The Rank-Up trading effect is nice, though. Gimmicky, but nice.

Engine makes Revolution a thing. K. But we don't really know the full effect of Revolution which is a bit of an issue.
Though, it is a nice addition, despite the fact it comes off as being a little strange.

So in general, these have pros and cons.
Like, it seems like you are highly implying the Raid Raptor cards in the anime will be released un-touched, but that is a whole 'nother issue all together in the sense that it depends highly on what they want to do with the Archetype.
Speaking of which, I think they are going to force them to be a Rank-Up archetype of sorts, since they are also implying a limited number of Main Deck monsters.
Or at least, the way I see it.
