This is an odd archetype, even by my standards. I'll let the cards speak for themselves.

Visionary Alien Worker
EARTH - Level 2 - Psychic/Effect - 200/200
When your opponent activates the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, place 1 Vision Counter on this card. If a "Visionary Alien" monster you control (besides "Visionary Alien Worker") would gain 1 or more Vision Counters, increase the number of Counters added by 1. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Vision Counters from this card- add a "Vision Tool", "Future Vision", or "Prehistoric Vision" Spell Card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand with the same number in its card name.

Visionary Alien Drone
EARTH - Level 3 - Psychic/Effect - 300/1300
During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 Vision Counter on this card for every "Visionary Alien" and "Vision Martyr" monster on the field. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Vision Counters from this card and place them on another "Visionary Alien" monster you control (except "Visionary Alien Drone" or "Visionary Alien Strategist"). If a "Visionary Alien" monster you control would be destroyed or banished, you can remove 5 Vision Counters from this card instead.

Visionary Alien Re-Educator
EARTH - Level 4 - Psychic/Effect - 1400/1400
When this monster attacks or is attacked, place 1 Vision Counter on this card. If this monster destroys your opponent's monster in battle, you can remove 3 Vision Counters from this card to attach that monster to this monster instead of destroying it (only one monster can be attached to this monster at a time). When this card is destroyed, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the combined original ATK and DEF of the monster attached to this card, and place that monster on top of your opponent's Deck.

Visionary Alien Brood Mother
EARTH - Level 5 - Psychic/Effect - 500/2500
Up to 3 times per turn, when either player Special Summons a monster, place 1 Vision Counter on this card. As long as this monster is face-up on the field, other "Visionary" monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's attacks or card effects. If "Visionary Alien Queen" or "Visionary Alien Strategist" is face-up on the field, you can remove 2 Vision Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Visionary" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

Visionary Alien Strategist
EARTH - Level 7 - Psychic/Effect - 2700/1700
Every time you activate the effect of a "Visionary Alien" monster, place 1 Vision Counter on this card. Every time a "Vision Tool" Spell Card is activated, place 1 Vision Counter on this card. Every time a "Vision Martyr" monster inflicts Battle Damage on your opponent's Life Points, place 1 Vision Counter on this card.

Visionary Alien Queen
EARTH - Level 8 - Psychic/Effect - 2800/2800
This monster cannot be Summoned unless you control 2 or more "Visionary Alien" or "Vision Martyr" monsters. Every time you place 1 or more Vision Counters on another "Visionary Alien" monster you control, place 1 Vision Counter on this monster. If, at any point, there are 40 or more Vision Counters on "Visionary Alien" monsters you control, you can add 1 "The Vision Realized" Trap Card to your hand from your Graveyard, Deck, or Banished Zone.

Vision Martyr- Ant Swarm
EARTH - Level 2 - Insect/Effect - 400/400
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During each End Phase, lower the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100, and increase this monster's ATK by 50. Every time this monster destroys your opponent's monster by battle, place 1 Vision Counter on 1 "Visionary Alien" monster you control.

Vision Martyr- Benevolent Dragonfly
EARTH - Level 2 - Insect/Effect - 300/500
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During each End Phase, lower the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by 50. As long as you control this monster, you can select one card in your opponent's hand during each of your Draw Phases: they must discard that card.

Vision Martyr- Walker Spider
EARTH - Level 4 - Insect/Effect - 1600/1200
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During each End Phase, lower the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100. Once per turn, instead of attacking with this monster, you can select one monster your opponent controls- if it activates its effect, your opponent takes damage equal to its original ATK.

Vision Martyr- Enforcement Scorpion
EARTH - Level 4 - Insect/Effect - 1800/1000
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During each End Phase, lower the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100. When this monster attacks a Defense Position monster, it is not destroyed- lower its DEF by 200. When this monster attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Vision Martyr- Stego Defender
EARTH - Level 6 - Dinosaur/Effect - 1800/2400
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During each End Phase, lower the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100. If your opponent attacks this Defense Position monster and it is not destroyed, your opponent must send one card they control to the Graveyard.

Vision Martyr- Raptor Charger
EARTH - Level 6 - Dinosaur/Effect - 2300/1900
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During each End Phase, lower the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100. If, when your Battle Phase begins, your opponent controls one or more face-down monsters, flip them face-up and negate their effects. If this monster battles a monster that had its effect negated this way, negate and destroy any card they control.

Vision Martyr- Truth Tyranno
EARTH - Level 8 - Dinosaur/Effect - 3200/2400
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. If this monster battles a monster with ATK that is not its original ATK, all Battle Damage your opponent would take from that battle is doubled. If four or more of your opponent's cards enter the Graveyard in the same turn, this monster gains an extra attack during your next Battle Phase.

Vision Martyr- Root Soldier
EARTH - Level 2 - Plant/Effect - 600/400
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. Any monsters that battle this monster are banished after damage calculation.

Vision Martyr- Bloom Converter
EARTH - Level 2 - Plant/Effect - 400/600
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card effect, banish the top card of their Deck. When you inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points, increase your own Life Points by an equivalent amount.

Vision Martyr- Frivolous Flytrap
EARTH - Level 4 - Plant/Effect - 1200/1600
Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card effect, banish one card they control. If your opponent attacks this monster, it is not destroyed, and you gain Life Points equal to half the damage you would have taken in that battle.

Vision Martyr- Vine Viceroy
EARTH - Level 4 - Plant/Effect - 2000/800
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. If this monster destroys your opponent's monster by battle, banish it instead.

Vision Martyr- Spiderbot
EARTH - Level 6 - Machine/Effect - 2400/1800
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Every time your opponent activates a card effect, increase your Life Points by 800. If you activate a "Future Vision" Spell Card, banish the bottom card of your opponent's Deck.

Vision Martyr- Mech Warrior
EARTH - Level 6 - Machine/Effect - 2000/2000
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During each of your Draw Phases, banish 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard. If there are no cards in your opponent's Graveyard during your Draw Phase, increase your Life Points by 400 Instead.

Vision Martyr- Cyber Mind
EARTH - Level 8 - Machine/Effect - 800/800
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Increase this monster's ATK and DEF by 400 for every card in your opponent's Banished Zone. Once per turn, you can cut your Life Points in half to banish all cards in your opponent's hand- your opponent then draws an equal number of cards to the amount they just banished.

Spell Card
Remove 2 Vision Counters from "Visionary Alien" monsters you control to Special Summon 1 Level 2 Insect-type "Vision Martyr" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

Prehistoric Vision 4
Spell Card
Remove 4 Vision Counters from "Visionary Alien" monsters you control to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Insect-type "Vision Martyr" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

Prehistoric Vision 6
Spell Card
Remove 6 Vision Counters from "Visionary Alien" monsters you control to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Insect-type or Dinosaur-type "Vision Martyr" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

Prehistoric Vision 8
Spell Card
Remove 8 Vision Counters from "Visionary Alien Strategist" to Special Summon 1 "Vision Martyr- Truth Tyranno" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

The Vision Realized
Continuous Trap
Activate this card only if there are 40 or more Vision Counters on your side of the field. If you control no "Visionary Alien" or "Vision Martyr" monsters, banish this card. Cut your opponent's Life Points in half during each of your Standby Phases.

I was wondering if I should make them LIGHT, for irony's sake, but decided against it.
