So it's some sort of an slower Upstart + Spellbook of Organization? It looks cute but that loss of speed hurts.

Oh wait, it shuffles the deck after stacking the 3 cards? or is it optional? Now I'm not sure how is this card intended to work.

 

Also the last effect looks weird: LP payment is usually a cost but here is an activation condition. Then, "When this card is sent to grave" is an activation condition, but in this card it was written in the place of costs (between ":" and ";"). I would suggest an OCG fix, but I want to know first how is this last effect meant to work.
