Monarch King
During either player's turn: You can discard this card from your hand to the Graveyard, then declare 1 Monster Type; monsters with the declared Monster Type cannot activate their effects until the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Necro Plasma" once per turn. Effects from monsters with the Declared Type cannot be activated from the field, hand or Graveyard etc. Its like a Majesty's for 1 turn. Negates from anywhere. I think it would be sided a lot.
cardffreakxx
My only problem would be that it is searchable with Scarm. I Love the idea and effect is great im just not sure it should be searchable so easy. Maybe make it a zombie. yes they have goblin zombie but zombies are not meta and this card has so much potential. It has to be exactly a Level 3 DARK Fiend, not a Level 3 or lower But yes, this card is amazing and has a TON of potential to be used in so many applications. In particular, I would LOVE this against Qlis to get another turn to play the game or Shadolls to survive against that Construct. In fact, a funny trick would be when your opponent declares their attack with Construct on a monster with higher ATK, activate this and BOOM, no eff. It isn't perfect because some Decks just have too many types, (Spirit Beasts would be able to play around this easily) but it's still fantastic in those situations where you might need to make sure that effect that'll drain down your advantage completely does not activate. This would definitely be a fantastic replacement for the now unfortunately irrelevant Effect Veiler, and I would side it at 3.
