The Venus of Dark - Emptiness? Fiend? Nice Try.

You can Ritual Summon this card with any "Dark" or "Darkness" Ritual Spell Card. During the turn you Ritual Summon a "Dark" or "Darkness" Ritual Monster(s), you can discard this card; Your opponent cannot activate further effects this turn, except effects that target that monster(s). During your opponent's Main Phase and Battle Phase, decrease the ATK of your opponent's monsters by 200 for each "Dark" monster you control. The Special Summon of "Dark" monsters cannot be negated nor prevented.

 

I'm not sure if this gives too much support to an already powerful archetype in the works, but this basically is the card that makes you plays safely go through. I attempted this before with Infernal Dark Emperor, but in testing Infernal suffered because it was Level 9, an inflexible Level for DARKs. This is meant to fix that problem and to give a good Level 8 Ritual, while also giving some options to limit the response from your opponent during their turn, again essentially allowing your plays to push on. Hopefully it isn't too good.

As for the "prevented" part, I'm trying to word it so Vanity's Emptiness does not stop the Special Summon of "Dark" monsters, so basically for the most part you can't go into your Extra Deck, but your Rituals can protect you while Vanity is up
