I was about to reflexively direct this to Pop Culture, but we've fused that into the new-format Custom Cards. So, I'll handle this with the seriousness I have with other cards here.

Card text fixing:

Once per turn: during your turn, You may select can target 1 monster on your opponent controls; side of the field and toss a coin, and if the result is Heads, the selected monster it cannot attack during your opponent's next turn. Once per turn, when a monster that you control is targeted for an attack: You can may toss a coin, and if the result is heads, reduce the attacking monster's ATK by becomes half its current ATK.

Cards that involve tossing coins generally aren't very favourable largely because of the inconsistency in working. The fortunate part is that for your effects there is no great penalty for failure other than the card just doing nothing, but the first effect's payoff is particularly weak. Preventing a monster from attacking can sometimes buy you a turn, but usually the opponent would try to use that monster for the Summon of something bigger. You can do away with the coin toss on the first effect and have almost no visible change in the card's impact.

If I would change the first effect's payoff to be worth the coin toss, I would also make it such that the target also can't be Tributed or used as Material for a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Summon, in order to make it really dead weight for a turn. It doesn't stop the effects from activating, mind you.

The second effect seems almost fine for the coin toss. If it could apply without fail that means the opponent needs a monster with over 3600 ATK to defeat Spidey in a straight-up battle. Or extra fodder to bait out that effect due to its once per turn restriction.
