Dark dreams? maybe to op?

I would say that since this card has an effect that triggers after it leaves the field it essentially has value "beyond a typical card" and therefore should have slightly below average attack and defense, at least for the card to be seen as "balanced".

Considering the number of effects this card has (not to mention its amazing ability to skip the battle phase), I would personally make the summon cost 3 or 4 level 8 monsters. Lets be honest, there is a LOT of synergy with level 8 monsters, not to mention the amount of support that can allow these high level xyz monsters to be summoned easily, even with more than 2 materials.

For this card to be balanced, I would think of one of the following:

1. Reduce its attack and defense by 500-1000 (Considering that it can skip the battle phase, it doesn't need high stats to "protect it from battles")

2. Keep the stats the same, and increase the number of materials required to 3 or 4. Then change its ability to skip the battle phase to cost 2 xyz material. (This makes the card more difficult to summon without taking away its potential. Even if its one effect uses 2 xyz material when it starts with 3 from being summoned it would still be potent because there are a few cards that allow you to add xyz materials to xyz monsters already on the field.

Now that I have a slightly clearer idea of how this card is supposed to work:

2 Level 8 monsters
During your opponent's Main Phase: You can turn choose 1 card in your opponent's hand and reveal it until the end of the turn that card. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase 1: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; to skip this turn's Battle Phase during either players turn this effect is a quick effect and can be activated during the battle phase. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; end the Battle Phase. When this card leaves the field: skip Your opponent skips their next Battle Phase.

This card's effects don't look all that strong, to be honest. All it does is stall, spy, and when it goes down, stall your opponent for another turn. I do agree, however, that its stats could be reduced a bit so that more threats can force this card to burn its Material a little more quickly. I would also recommend that last effect only trigger if this card leaves the field while it has Xyz Material, to prevent repeated revival to get extra stalling mileage.
