Tesability Black
............................................................. You just made the resident Toon duelist of this forum cringe with this card. It's lacking a type and does not contain any of the three canon Toon effects or a variant of them, for starters. As for your reason to make it a Toon Monster, there are more cartoony images used for other cards that do not have the Toon subtype, so that's not proper justification for it. Also, all Ritual Monsters are summoned with a specific Ritual Spell card, though an additional requirement for this card's Ritual Spell could be to have Obelisk the Tormentor in the Graveyard before using said spell. *cracks knuckles* Alright, let's put the above to the side for a second and rewrite this effect based on what you have so far. "This card can only be Special Summoned if "Obelisk the Tormentor" is in your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed, except by its own effect. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacked a Defense Position monster: Destroy that monster. During your next turn's End Phase, destroy this card and banish all cards in both player's Graveyards." *sighs* Having played with Skill Drain in the past, I already see the issue with this card. First of all, with the recreated effect, you can just send an Obelisk to the Graveyard from either the Hand or the Deck to Special Summon three of these guys. No real cost. Next, if you flip up Skill Drain right before the End Phase they blow themselves up on, you prevent the self-destruction and have three near-immortal monsters if you destroy Skill Drain afterwards. As a note for future reference, the Advanced Section is for custom cards that could actually pass as real Yugioh cards, if they were printed as such. This card, as is, would not pass inspection. EDIT: I also did not see the above post until after I posted this one.
