It's totally fine. Both the Ritual Monster and its prerequisite Ritual Spell will be considered a single card, since neither can function without the other.

Is the Attack Position effect supposed to target? It's a pretty big difference between targeting and not targeting.

Being unable to attack directly period really reduces the offensive pressure this card holds. Maybe instead tie it to one of its effects to prevent it from being completely dead weight when the opponent's defenseless?
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Lao Shan-Lung Mountain-Sized Dragon". You must also offer Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels Stars equal 10 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand.
Ritual Spells that only Ritual Summon the monster is a bit of a thing of the past. Other modern Ritual Spells that only Ritual Summon their monster can summon a larger selection of monsters. It would be helpful if this Spell could be used for another purpose - especially after it's been used and is just sitting in the Graveyard.
