Cierfrost
Taking full advantage of the fact that we can post Pop Culture oriented cards here an idea popped into my head a few days ago. And without going into it... at all this is the fruits of my endeavor post Christmas: * 3 level 3 monsters During either players turn, when your opponent puts a card into play you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to move this card into an unoccupied monster card zone you control. Cards you control in adjacent card zones cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap Cards. As long as this card has an insect-type monster as an Xyz Material it gains the following effect: Increase the ATK of this card by 1500.
Toffee.
It's quite an oddity in the sense that the effect is pretty original/outlandish.Although....Aside from BAs/Guide/Zektors, why the 3 Material requirement?

Aside from BAs/Guide/Zektors, why the 3 Material requirement? Material to toss it around the board. Literally no other reason.
-Griffin
It's been a while.I like that it benefits from having an insect as a material but doesn't require an all-insect Deck or anything. Makes it nice to have just a few level 3 Insects teched into some Deck.
Cierfrost
I remember seeing an effect like this or two on a few Xyz, and when I did my research on who Spiderman 2099 is (because I love my sci-fi so what spiderman would I pick but this one?), it fits his origin story quite well as flavor in a way that benefits the card itself. At least that was what I was striving for... MTG and Klavier has taught me a lot about being able to be flavourful without sacrificing playability. And yes it has Griffy, yes it has. My former peers are largely no longer so I felt a little better about returning.
