So I compared it with the previous version, and to be honest, it hasn't changed much.

 

This reminds me of a better version of Super Conductor Tyranno. Similar ATK stats, can do 1000 damage per turn. However, the difference here is that Volcanion doesn't need Tributes for the burn and can still attack. These details make it vastly superior to Tyranno.

 

There's also a difference between the opponent losing LP and taking damage. One of these doesn't count as effect damage, and therefore is harder to prevent.

 

You also need to specify at which point in the turn the opponent takes that damage. Is it their Standby Phase? Or their End Phase?
