Chaos' fortune or Despair?

Son of Aphrodite

The concept was about a card which could either help Chaos decks or screw them up and it has to be a girl.

I named her Graetichus because it's sounds terrifying

LORE:

Cannot be normal summoned or set. must be special summoned by its own effect. banish 1 light, 1 dark and 1 synchro monster from either player's graveyard: special summon this card. Negate the effects of all monsters on the field. reduce the ATK of all monsters in the field by 600 in each of your standby phase. This card is unaffected by card effects that do not target.

I ended up with a card that can screw with many decks (not just with Chaos) but still its a girl so i got that going for me which is nice.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by its own effect. banishing 1 LIGHT, 1 DARK and 1 Synchro Monster from either player's Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways this card. Negate the effects of all monsters on the field. reduce the ATK of all monsters in the field by 600 in each of During your Standby Phase: All monsters lose 600 ATK. This card is unaffected by card effects that do not target.

Designing floodgate cards - cards designed to outright shut down certain strategies - is a controversial decision. Doubly so when this card can take resources from the opponent's Graveyards to Summon itself, turning into subtle card advantage.

When you have Skill Drain on legs that can be theoretically costless and still have another exploitable effect, that's a problem. Would recommend that you allow the costs to be paid only from your Graveyard as a start - it becomes only slightly more difficult to Summon than the Envoys this way, but it might not be enough to balance off this card's effects.

It seems to be doing a little too much. If it was intended to be an anti-Chaos card, it fits in a Chaos deck just as well. Topdecking this while losing could also work wonders. The ATK decrease is perhaps the only thing working against it. Perhaps if it reduced only its own ATK, at least it could be easier to dispose off.

Btw incorrect mechanic: You should make it negate the effects of all other monsters on the field.

(fix)

Your OCG fix makes the effect summon an inherent summon, I think the correct way to fix it as intended "You can banish 1 LIGHT, DARK and Synchro monster from either player's Graveyard; Special Summon this card (from your hand)." so that it still starts a chain.

I was about to correct that, when I realized this card is immune to its own non-targeting effect.

If we want a Chain-starting SS effect, it would read like this.

"...Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can banish 1 LIGHT, DARK and Synchro monster from either player's Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand."
