Cannot be Normal Summoned, unless you control a "Ghostrick" monster. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower “Ghostrick” monster from your Graveyard, except “Ghostrick Evil-Enin Kitten”, in face-down Defense Position. You can only use this effect of “Ghostrick Evil-Enin Kitten” once per turn.

- Like other Ghostricks, this monster is based on the "9 cat lives" Stereotype ("Evil-Enin" backward: Nine-Live).

Flavor-wise, it fits with most of the other Level 3 Ghostricks; a Zombie type that helps enable further plays by searching cards out of your deck.  This effect in particular is absurdly hilarious and gives Ghostricks some much-needed speed, since it's a viable searcher for any Main Deck Ghostrick, including Jiangshi - another searcher - or Skeleton, whose mill effect makes the Neko-Skele lock possible.  Certainly a 3-of, and a rather useful replacement for Doll since there are some Ghostricks you don't want face-down (pretty much all the xyz, and Nekomusume in some builds) and Doll forcibly flips those down.  This doesn't do that.

 

Its ATK/DEF are dismal, but this could be seen as an offset to how otherwise-awesome this card is for Ghostricks.

well thanks, but also, this card's effect was made to be a swarm-effect to have a speed-access to "Ghostrick" Xyzs and getting Dorklord early!!
