Striker
http://www.propublica.org/article/new-irs-rules-on-dark-money-likely-wont-be-ready-before-2016-election So, this is an issue. I, for one, don't like it when massive non-profit social groups can buy politicians and not have to disclose any information. Wouldn't it make sense to have that information be public to really know where the money is coming from? Anyway, discuss this article and whether you think money should play a large role in politics. inb4citizensunited
OMEGAcat
Honestly not sure how much transparency would help the issue. It's a pretty well known fact that corporations buy congress members and then pay to keep them there. Another way to think about it is the CIA torture report just got released and basically everyone is sleeping on that fact. Information on how the US is terrible isn't hard to find, getting a large enough public outcry to actually force any meaningful change is.
