Contract is way too much of a loss to be worth it, and Chain is too situational. The other two are alright I guess.

Contract lets you get Infernities out of your hand as well as get a free one, as well as setting up your grave for the larger beaters.  Definitely not good enough to be played at 3, but I would consider running 2, and would probably put in the niishe 1

Considering how infernities are played, is Chain really that situational?  Because of their 8 level limit, most of the time you will only have 1 or 2 monsters on board that you can re-summon next turn, meaning direct attacks are more often than not going to happen assuming your opponent can get over your stuff.  Knowing that, this card gets back your beater wall that your opponent got over, punishes your opponent for doing so, and can potentially save a game.

Where exactly do you get that level 8 limit from? Infernities" rely on having no cards in your hand and constantly swarm the field. Sounds like you are confusing them with "Infernoids". "

About the cards: While "Contract with the Void" can help infernities with getting rid of the cards in your hand, the requirement of holding at least 3 cards makes it situational for the archtype.

The activation requirements of "Void Chain" are a bit questionable. First you have to survive a direct attack, so you can destroy a card on the field... Summoning the "Infernity" monster from your hand is not helping it much; though summoning from the Deck or Graveyard might be a bit too strong.

Cards you control cannot be destroyed while you are not holding cards, including the card that grants that effect. Considering "Infernities" like to have an empty hand, that is barely a drawback. Since it seems like a continuous effect, it can even protect against a whole series of offences in a single chain (though I wonder why the opponent would try such a thing). Some slight alterations to "Void Cauldron" might be in place; at least make it so that it does not protect itself, and maybe have it go bye when you are holding a card. Releasing as is, seems like a bit much.

"Void Shield" basically stops your opponent's Battle Phase. Fortunatly it does not protect itself. Though some sort of restriction is not out of place. Making its effect only activate once per turn seems a bit weak ("Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" does just that), considering you need to have an empty hand; I was thinking of being able to block attacks up to the number of cards your opponent is holding more than you.
