Drag-Clan Bard

Trying out Judas' MSE template today, seeing if it holds up to the Photoshop template. The card itself is low Level support for Dragons, since they don't really have that, and I threw in some Wyrm support as well, because why not? Good to make Ultimaya Tzolk'in or an Xyz Monster.

You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon or Wyrm-Type monster in your Graveyard, then discard 1 card; Special Summon that target, and if you do, double that target's Level. You can target 1 other Dragon or Wyrm-Type monster you control; this card's Level becomes equal to that target's Level until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Drag-Clan Bard" once per turn.

Seeing how you instantly double that Dragon/Wyrm's Level, and the fact that the card itself can match said Dragon's Level, makes it very efficient for making Rank 6 and 8. Particularly 8, since it then opens up to 107 -> FA Photon Dragon -> 95. It can revive itself, but fortunately we have the OPT per copy clause to prevent Summoning chains. I'm not certain how I should feel about this - on one hand we have a nice tool for quickly accessing high-Rank monsters, and the low-Level Dragons and Wyrms are not as exploitable when revived, but on the other hand I fear I might be missing out on some potential combo I'm not aware of.

I didn't really want a "massive combo card" so that's why it has that
