Chronomaly Nebra Disk

[Level 4/LIGHT/Machine/Effect/ATK 1800/DEF 1500]

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Chronomaly" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Chronomaly Nebra Disk". If this card is in your Graveyard and all monsters you control are "Chronomaly" monsters (min. 1): You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. You cannot activate cards or effects the turn you activate this effect, except "Chronomaly" cards. You can only use 1 "Chronomaly Nebra Disk" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Number 36: Chronomaly Fork Hyuk

[Rank 4/LIGHT/Machine/Xyz/Effect/ATK 2000/DEF 2500]

2 Level 4 "Chronomaly" monsters

Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that monster's ATK becomes 0 until the end of this turn. You can Tribute 1 "Chronomaly" monster, then target 1 monster your opponent controls whose current ATK is different from its original ATK; destroy that target.

We're apparently getting these in World Superstars in about 3 months, and Nebra Disk was one of the cards many have been asking for a long time, so I feel it deserves a thread.

Winky Disk single-handedly made Chronomaly a viable deck in the OCG, especially when combined with the Artifact engine before Moralltach got hit.  He boosted the deck's consistency tremendously, and made it more streamlined, allowing even stuff like Pyramid Eye Tablet to see some use, and Tablet in particular made him even more of a threat by turning him into a 2600 beater you can Normal Summon without Tributes.

Fork Hyuk is a decent Xyz, and he makes Machu Mech more consistent in terms of the latter's effect + OTK, while also allowing the deck to beat over stuff in general.  Thanks to Happy Disk, getting both out wasn't very hard.  Also both Winky Disk and Blue Ball are LIGHT, making them Honest-able.  Dat flavour with Fork Hyuk is cool too; he's the blue orb in Machu Mech, and if you recall Machu Mech being in Atlandis' belly in the latter's artwork, it's practically a Number Matryoshka Doll.

Unfortunately, we're getting them too late, as OOPArts were more of a steady, control-oriented deck, and the current meta is way too fast and too brutal for Chronomaly to handle, especially now that Moralltach isn't there to help in his fullest.

To be fair, part of the reason WHY Nebra made the deck so potent was because it was another searcher; This and Crystal Skull EASILY let you assemble pieces.

I mean, you could use it to grab Moai, then Skull into Jet/[other Level 4 Chrono], Set Sanctum and that would basically ensure game.
Since upon your following turn, you would: Normal Jet, Special Moai, make Machu with Moai and Moral that you played with Sanctum, revive Disk(If it left the field), make Fork, then go crazy.
So yes, this card put Chronos on a similar level to E-HEROs, because they had multiple searchers.
