SerooChann
Storm forth my butt :( You can only activate this card when your opponent Tribute Summons a monster using 1 or more monsters you control as the Tributes; Take control of that monster. And if that monster has an effect that activates when the monster is Tribute Summoned, you can discard 2 cards from your hand or banish 2 cards from your Graveyard; You get to use that effect instead if possible. You can only use 1 "Order Restrict" per turn. Oh and criticize me hard
Trebuchet MS
You can only activate this card When your opponent Tribute Summons a monster using 1 or more monsters you control as the Tributes: If its effect activated when it was Tribute Summoned, you can also discard 2 cards or banish 2 card from your Graveyard; take control of that monster, then if you paid the cost, negate the activation, and if you do, force the activation of And if that monster's has an effect, ignoring the activation timing that activates when the monster is Tribute Summoned, you can discard 2 cards from your hand or banish 2 cards from your Graveyard; You get to use that effect instead if possible. You can only use activate 1 "Order Restrict" per turn. Let's just say fixing this card into something resembling PSCT was a very, very tedious process. There's the problem of this card being very, very pin-pointed against Monarchs as well, which severely injures the playability of this card. (Occasionally Qliphorts if in a mirror match.) Try not to let your salt drag down the card's general useability. I would instead change this card into a Counter Trap that triggers in the timing window where monster Summons would be negated. Here's how I'd imagine it: (Counter Trap) When your opponent would Tribute Summon a monster using 1 or more monsters you control as the Tribute(s): You can discard 2 cards or banish 2 cards from your Graveyard; that monster is Summoned to your side of the field instead. You can only activate 1 "Order Restrict" per turn. This solves a lot of wording issues, as it only interferes with the Summon and drops it on your side, allowing you to steal the on-Tribute-Summon effect without any worry about other existing activated effects at the time of this card's activation. Of course, this means integrating the cost into needing to activate the card itself, but I believe that cost can be reduced slightly. Which version you'd settle on is all up to you.
