GoldenTide
If a LIGHT Fairy-type monster is on your side of the field, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can send 1 "Melodious" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, this card's Level becomes the Level of the monster sent to the Graveyard by this effect. When this card is Special Summoned, you can send any LIGHT Fairy-type monster from your hand to your Graveyard to end your opponent's Battle Phase. When you activate this card's effect, this card is sent to the Graveyard after your opponent's End Phase. 1 Tuner+ 1 or more LIGHT Fairy non-Tuners During the turn you Synchro Summon this card, you can Special Summon 1 LIGHT Fairy type monster from your Graveyard. The monster that was Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack nor activate its effect the turn it was Special Summoned. When this card is activated, add 1 "Melodious" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate "Melodious Sheet Music" once per turn You can only equip this card to a "Melodious" monster. That card gains 200 ATK and DEF points for every Special Summoned LIGHT Fairy type monster on your side of the field. You can only activate this card when your opponent declares a direct attack. Special Summon 1 "Melodious" monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field. The monster Special Summoned by this effect is sent to the Graveyard after your next End Phase. Activate only when a "Melodious" monster is targeted by a card effect. Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card.
Neutrality Man
I highly doubt Violinsanity would ever see play. The Melodious do not need such a card since a Special Summoned Aria prevents targetting and is one of the goal cards of the Deck alongside Elegy. Nocturne's effect leads nicely into Dirgia's, assuming you don't just Normal Summon an Aria and Sync with that to turn on her protection effect through the revival. The Equip Spell's +200/400/600/800/1000 to a single monster is mostly overshadowed by Triple Sonata's +1500 to EVERYTHING.

I think a Tuner would do them good, an adjustable Tuner, well, the possibilities are freakin' endless! How about I hike up the ATK and DEF gain from the equip card? To say, 800 or 1000? You can't argue with Sheet Music, Simple searching at its finest. The rest are kinda debatable...
Neutrality Man
Honestly I think the backrow space is better used for a troll trap card to further hinder the opponent's ability to do things.
