This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF x the number of Xyz Materials on this card. Once per turn, you can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all monsters your opponent controls. This card cannot attack the turn you use this effect. Once per turn, you can banish 1 monster from your Deck; Target 1 level 8 or higher monster in your hand or in your Graveyard and attach that target to this card as Xyz material. If card card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect), you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase. The Xyz Summon of this card cannot be negated and your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's Xyz Summon. Cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. This card gains 1200 ATK and DEF x the number of Xyz Materials on this card. Once per turn, you can detach 3 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot attack the turn you use this effect. If card card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect), you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase. Then, target 2 Xyz monsters in your Graveyard and attach those targets to this card as Xyz Materials. Once per turn, you can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all monsters your opponent controls (This card cannot attack the turn you use activate this effect). Once per turn, you can banish 1 monster from your Deck; target 1 level 8 or higher monster in your hand or in your Graveyard and attach that target to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. You can Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 8 or higher Xyz Monster as the Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.)

This card is too easy to get out to have the effects it does. There are several decks that can get a rank 8 Xyz out quite easily. I highly recommend losing this part of the effect and making this a 2 mat monster. Aside from making this guy a little less easy to get out, it also keeps you from getting 2 Raigeki's right off the bat.

 

This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each Xyz Material attached to it.

Once per turn, you can banish 1 monster from your Deck; target 1 level 8 or higher monster in your hand or in your Graveyard and attach that target to this card as  a face-up Xyz Material.

This is really pushing the balance of this card. A free banish of any card you want? Too many decks out there can OTK with this effect. I suggest coming up with a different cost. Maybe place 1 monster you control on top of the Deck? something that int so spammable. Maybe add a clause that says this card cannot have any monsters detached  the turn you activate this, so that you aren't nuking the opp nearly every turn.

 

During the End Phase, If this card was destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): You can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, target 2 Level 10 monsters in your Graveyard, and attach those targets to this card as face-up Xyz Materials.

 

This thing getting 2 free materials right away is a bit extreme. Id make it 1 material instead. Also you should probably make the target a cost or have it say "then, if you did,..." in between the targeting and the attaching.
