Piece Collection

I heard that the rumored Jack Atlas.dek has a monster called 'Hell's Piece Golem' in it.
So I felt like making something along those lines...

You can only activate 1 "Piece Collection" per turn. If you activate this card, you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn except EARTH Rock-Type monsters. Select and activate 1 of the following:
@Activate if you control no monsters: Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher EARTH Rock-Type monster with 0 DEF from your Deck or Graveyard.
@Activate if you control a face-up "Big Piece Golem": Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower EARTH Rock-Type monster with 0 DEF from your hand or Deck.

First effect can only really Summon Big Piece Golem or Power Giant; The former has more relevance because Piece Golems.
Second effect can Summon things like Gogogo Giant and the obveious Medium/Small Piece Golems.
'Course, you can be pro and play things like Diamond Crab King/Gogogo Goliath through this card if you had a Big Piece Golem from an earlier point in the game/didn't Normal Summon yet. Or whatever, really...

But obviously the main point would be to make Multiple Piece Golem, or Tribute the Summoned monster(s) for something, etc.
