So...for you to draw 2 cards, you have to let your opponent look at your deck and banish up to 3 cards that cannot be used for the rest of the duel. You do know that this effect can literally destroy your deck altogether as a whole or potentially screw it up at the first turn. Say you were running shadolls, what if your opponent just banished your 3 shadoll fusions? that'll really slow down and/or destroy your shadoll deck. burning abyss, what if it was scarr? What im trying to say is that this card actually hurts you more than helps. There are cards that have a harsh cost, but this cost practically makes this card have no use since the cost is so harsh. If it was the top 3 cards of your deck, that's one thing because it leaves things up to chance, but the fact that your opponent can banish any 3 cards from your deck and make it unusable really makes the usability of this card to 0.

Also, he is right. This will severely cripple most Decks. Even in Monarchs, your opponent can banish your 3 Stormforth, for example. And even if there were Decks that do not use specific cards, your opponent can get rid of Raigeki, Compulsory, or other strong, generic cards. 

 

You may be able to salvage it by using what the user above stated, and make it banish the top cards of the Deck. And even then, its risky.

THIS CARD f***ing SUCKS!!! 

no one would EVER run this card..

​its cost is WAY to painful, and only for 2 cards??!! why not instead of 2 cards, you draw 3 cards and also banish 3 cards from your opponents deck face down as well to make it more even..

Then it goes from "even" to "uneven".

 

If it just let both players rip out vital parts from each others' Decks with no other upside on top, I wouldn't mind that. But if you're suggesting to put a draw 3 on top of all that (for reference, very few cards let you draw that many without some setup) I can't let it slide.
