You can Special Summon this card by banishing any number of Fish, Sea Serpent or Aqua-type monsters from your graveyard. This card gains 300 ATK for each banished Fish, Sea Serpent or Aqua-type monster. Once per turn, during either players turn: You can target 1 monster on the field; until the End Phase, this card's name and ATK become that monster's name and ATK, and it gains that monster's effects.

A card I designed for a contest which was never judged. Cirein-croin in Scottish Gaelic legends was a sea-serpent that would shape shift into a small silver fish to attracted the attention of prey before changing back. One way of doing this was getting the attention of fishermen and changing aboard the ship. This part of the legend is shown in the second part of its effect where it can take the form of one monster on the field. The summon effect is to work with fish/aqua/sea-serpent banish decks while the ATK boost is so it can take on tougher monsters.

Looks like a cool card concept.
But you didn't specify where its being summoned from.
BTW would the second EFF mean that it could copy a monsters stats and then gain its 300 buff on top of it?
You also need to put a (min1) for the summon condition to avoid obvious problems.

An interesting card with nice collaboration with the Water-Banish-Style (whatever it's called). And, a legend so terrifying to be real (luckily, we don't have such "dangers" near our shores!)

The ATK boost is high, but fair. Alone, it relies mostly on copying another monster's strengths, but when backing it up with a couple more monsters or backrow, it becomes a very big threat.

In general, I believe it could do fine with more original and lower ATK boost.

Correct me if I'm wrong at something, but:

- The way it's worded, it means from hand, good examples are REDMD and "Cranium Fish" 's description.

- By the time it copies another monster's effect, the original effect is lost so no ATK buff.

- If by 'obvious problems' you mean Special Summoning it without banishing a thing, then that's not the case. Just like every card with 'any' in the description, it means 'at least one'. ("Prometheus, King of the Shadows", to be exact, when Normal Summoned, requires to banish at least 1 DARK monster starting a chain, regardless of the result). )
