Lore: (This card's name is always treated as "Harpie Lady Sisters".)

When this card is Special Summoned: Add 1 "Hysteric" card or "Harpie" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your Hand. As long as this card is face-up on the Field: If a Spell or Trap card on the Field would be destroyed, you can instead shuffle 1 card from either players Graveyards into the owner's Deck. You can only use the effects of "Hysteric Trio" once per turn. If you don't control any other "Harpie" or "Hysteric" cards, destroy this card.

Could I suggest that instead of making hunting ground optional, you say that if a s/t card would be destroyed you can shuffle 1 card from either players graveyard into the deck?
This way, you do not only avoid a crap tonne of ocg fixing, you also have a less situational and nicer card.
